MEPMate offers a 7-day refund window for first-time Pro plan purchases. We believe in our product, but we also believe you should be able to try it risk-free.
This policy applies to the MEPMate Pro subscription purchased through our website using Razorpay as the payment processor. It does not apply to free plan usage (which remains free forever).
Automatic renewal charges are not refundable. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date from your profile settings.
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Or use our Contact Form selecting "Billing / Refund" as the enquiry type.
The following are explicitly excluded from our refund policy:
- Renewal subscriptions — Any charge after the initial subscription period.
- Requests after 7 days — Refund requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after purchase.
- Previously refunded subscriptions — The 7-day guarantee applies once per customer.
- Misuse or policy violations — Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Promotionally discounted purchases — Subscriptions purchased at special promotional prices may have different refund terms as noted at checkout.
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — please contact us immediately at billing@mepmate.com. Erroneous charges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not subject to the 7-day restriction.
Additional Razorpay-related notes:
- MEPMate does not charge additional fees for processing refunds.
- Razorpay may retain a small processing fee in some cases (not charged to you).
- In case of payment disputes, you may contact Razorpay's customer support directly. However, we encourage you to contact MEPMate first for faster resolution.
- All transactions are governed by Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You can manage your Pro subscription anytime from your Profile Settings:
- Cancel subscription — Takes effect at the end of current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
- Downgrade to Free — Available anytime. Saved calculations exceeding Free plan limits become read-only.
- Update payment method — Available via your profile settings.
Remember — MEPMate's 47+ calculators remain completely free forever. The Pro plan adds convenience features (unlimited saves, PDF exports, projects) but is entirely optional.
